It's a step above a large apartment complex because it's a smaller property. Wish the garages were free but other than that no complaints. Will stay here until I can buy a house....

Most of the dog owners do not clean up after theri pets and if your dog barks once your neighbors will report you. The manager is not a nice person and is keen to fine you for anything. Cheaply built and a bad place to live. It is also over priced...
I'm really happy with my decision to rent a Summerfield condo. It had one renter before me in it but it is like new. It's close to the base, small, quite, really good construction, and the property manager is nice....

This is a new property, built to be private condos. Doesn't feel like an apartment and you get a ton of square footage for the money.
Only 61 units on the property and only a couple left so call now.
