I looked at many apartments and decided on Copper Terrace because of location and how nice the people in the office were to me. They had everything ready for me to sign and my apartment was clean and remodeled....
I just moved out, got most of my deposit back. I liked living there just fine. Would recommend getting a garage for parking because many times the lot is pretty full....
I really like living here. I can't wait to try out the pool in the summer. :)...
Apartments are clean and pretty average. It was a good transitional place while we looked for a a house. Wish it was smoke free but no apartments except Amli Inverness are and they are considerably more expensive....

The office team is very nice. They provide very good service. The maintenance is always very fast. The pool is a little small, but I like it and y kids like it....

My apartment is perfect. The office team is always understanding. The Tech Center is a peaceful area. Overall, they just take great care of their development. They are on top of snow removal, grounds maintenance, and the staff is very personable....
