I enjoyed living here because of the proximity to DTC and great parks. You are walking distance to Rosamond and Southmoor parks. The maintenance is taken care of quickly and by a friendly staff! Nice apartment
My apartment is older than some of the other apartments I looked at in the area but it was much cheaper and was very clean so I chose cheap and feel happy about my decision.
I wish it had newer appliances but they were clean and work so can't complain....

Good value
I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath on the second floor. It had a storage room on the balcony and was pretty good sized.
The only drawback was the property was built in the 80's and had original appliances and counters. I think the rents reflect the dated kitchen because I only payed $820 for a 2 bedro...
