Pet Policy
A maximum of 2 pets per apartment are allowed. Cats must be declawed and spayed or neutered. Breed restrictions apply for dogs. The following dogs will not be accepted: German Shephed, Mastiff, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Chow, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard and Dobermans. Dogs under the age of 6 months will not be allowed. All pets will be subject to a pet interview. The pet deposit is $400/$200 non-refundable for one pet. The pet deposit for two pets is $600/$300 non-refundable. Pet rent is $15 per month per pet.

My apartment has lots of space. It was the biggest apartment I found in the area that I needed. My kids love it here and the neighborhood is great too. The sceneary is beautiful and my kids have friends to place with....

Overall Good
Overall I like living here. It's nice and and quiet with pretty views. My closet is amazing! My main issue is that a few months ago water shot up from $4-$5 a month to $30-$40 a month, and the apartment staff could offer no reason as to why this happened. I think they should have done their research...

Not all Good.
These apartments are nice and beautiful. The grounds are nice and well kept, but I've had a lot of problems with this place. When we were going through all of the requirements of moving in they lost paper work and they didn't run all of our paper work through the system. I went to the leasing office...

What I like best about my apartment...
What I like best about my apartment is my garden tub. Everyone in the office team is especially Nicole and Angelika are great. Dave on the maintenance crew is very dependable. The location is perfect. Close to DIA. The amenities are adequate and the grounds are nice....

I have room for everything...
The best thing about my apartment is that I have room for everything, very spacious. Nicole and Melissa's assistance, they care about my needs. I am 15 minutes away from everything (Walmart, Target, Best Buy, restaurants, etc.). The maintenance crew are cordial and approachable....
