I like my apartment because it is big and nice. When I moved it, it had been well taken care of. The people who work here are decent. The maintenance guys are fast. The location is great and close to grocery stores....
The location is beautiful. Part of the reason my wife and I picked it is because of the wildlife. Some kids here can be destructive. The maintenance is fast and they keep up the grounds. The neighbors are nice....

Your apartments are average. Switches every 3-6 months, very difficult to get to know the team before it changes. Have a lot of places to shop, eat, and lounge. There are no amenities other than pools....

Living here at The Lakes has been excellent. Since new management has been here, which has been about a year, the property has changed in a great way. Friendly staff, great maintenance and the property looks wonderful, just a great place to live....
I have lived her 14 years. I'm retired. I have the best patio in the place. If I ever have a complaint, it is taken care of by the office....
It's nice for the money. I'd like a w/d in the apartment but like the price point and feel it's a good value....
