YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Before moving into these apartments, I did the SAME thing you all are doing right now. I searched reviews, talked to people etc. Well I saw all the negative reviews and they are all accurate.
Upon moving in here I knew it was going to be "somewhat" like a dorm. I did not know it would be a shit ...

The Parkway is not a place you want to live. The leasing agents?? They're a joke. They're stubborn to the point that if, god for bid you had a problem and needed management to talk to, they'll just tell you off. They don't talk to their customers with respect of any kind, and its their way or the hi...

Great Place
I Just moved into The Parkway. The ladies at the front are very nice and helpful. The location is great if you are interested in going to school at UCD or Metro or if you just want to live close to the bars. The buildings are controlled access so if you are worried about safety it isn't an issue....
