Good! Maintenance is quick, friendly, and able. Apt layouts are nice. Friendly staff. Generally quiet neighbors. Upper level vaulted ceilings are nice. Great location. Grounds are kept up fairly well. Nice clubhouse area. Love the cookies and coffee.

My girlfriend and I both moved in back in July and have been treated like royalty. Laura, Nicole, Pam, and Everyone else on staff have been extremely helpful both at the front office and maintenance. They also like to throw shindigs for their residents like a pool party or restaurant gathering, etc....

Rude Staff who just think about most tenet, very un attentive, and partial, only how much they can juice you. They say one thing one day another thing the next! Also they do not even listen to you but sure they sound they do.
Apartment are old, some with new face lift, no insulation, air flow out...
Since Pam got here, the property has been like night and day. She is efficient and listens to residents' needs.
