My apartment is in a perfect location. It's close to the freeway and stores. The neighbors are very friendly and everything is well taken care of....
Expensive area and rentals but neighbors are good quality and location is great. The paint job last year really improved the appearance....

I like the floor plan the best. Great management and maintenance. Everything gets fixed when needed. overall the place is very nice. On 2nd lease now and if I don't buy a house soon I'll renew again....

Good property. My only complaint is that a lot of garages are used for storage which means parking can get tight. Would be great if management would inspect garages and make sure they're used for parking not storage....
