I lived here i was in apt 64. I had zero issues staff is very nice. Maint. always responded. Eeven comes in and get it done if ur unavai. If u give them permission and they leave a note letting u know what repairs were completed. The apts r older but its spacious apt. I had 3 bedroom apt 2 full bath...

I would never recommend Chateaux Verde to anyone.
I lived at Chateaux Verde for over one year, and I think that people should know what they are getting into before moving in here. This place is not well kept. The laundry rooms in the buildings that are not attached to the office are never cleaned. Problems within you're apartment take a million ye...
