Apartment is very nice. Location. The only thing I would like for you to offer is a building with no smoking. All around me, they smoke and discard cigarette butts towards the parking. All the guys from maintenance are very helpful. Anything that needs to be fixed is usually right away....
The rent when you renew is more than what you have ads for online. The price difference is a lot....
Cottonwood Creek is perfect for pets! There are parks behind the complex and everyone has a dog. The creek is lovely and the tress are big and gorgeous. We have enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the tennis court. We use the fireplace in our apartment all the time and especially love the top...
The maintenance crew has always been amazing, helpful, and prompt in fixing any issues I have had here over the years. The office (leasing) staff has always been pleasantly helpful as well. Please keep the A.C. going in the exercise room. 68-70 is so welcomed this time of year!! :)...
Location is great with quick access to all major routes and convenient shopping. Maintenance and office team are the best i have known for apartment living. Amenities are always clean and available. Apartments are reasonably priced....

Cottonwood Creek apartments are older but nice for the price. Mine was updated before I moved in. Management is okay, will get things done for you but not overly friendly. Maintenance is good and area feels safe....

I moved to Cottonwood Creek apartments a few years ago when the apartments were older like they were built in the 80's. They fixed the property up which took a few years but I'm glad I stayed because it's really nice now....
