We accept dogs and cats with no weight limit. Breed restrictions apply! Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet up to two pets. Pet deposit is $100 with a $200 fee. Or for two pets, $200 deposit and $250 Fee

HORRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE!!!
Aspen Park Apartments is a horrible place to live! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The apartment we moved into was filthy and there were a lot of problems! Some plugs did not work, the tub paint was chipped off and yellow in color, the carpet must have not been vacuumed...

Terrible Customer Service
Too bad there isn't a no star option because that's what they deserve. We are currently fighting the to get out of our lease as we went two weeks with out AC, and apparently no AC in the middle of July is not considered an emergency. These people suck you in with their nice little 79 dollars to move...
