Parker Hilltop Apartments are wonderful. Typically RenterReviewed.com's staff is not allowed to endorse a property but being that I used to manage Parker Hilltop and lived in a third floor three bedroom apartment I think an exception is in order. It's a unique rental community with many great attributes including one, two, and three bedroom affordable and upgraded apartments. Some with garages.
