This complex is kept reasonably clean and presentable--the laundry room needs to be checked more often for lint and trash left on the floor and machines need to be cleaned out more regularly. I've recently moved into Skyline and found my apartment to be clean and in good repair. I had a problem with 1 outlet and they fixed it within hours of letting them know.
