Great location and love the apartment

I have had a great experience living at Arelia! I love my apartment! I was given the option to do accent walls in my unit which made my apt feel more like a custom home. This is the first place I have really decorated the way I wanted because I could paint and maintenance even helped me hang curtain...

Best service

YES

I lived at Arelia James since it was built. There were several personal situations that came up and the Manager, Nicki was always available to help me and work with me. I have since built a house but it is very different and I really miss the staff and all the service I had at my fingertips....

Wonderful experience

I am not sure what these two are even talking about. This place is great. I enjoyed living at Arelia, and I thought the management was very helpful and friendly. I also had a dog in my apartment, and I did not have to pay anything at move out. There is a pet fee when you move in, just like everywher...

This has been the WORST apartment experience of my life. Sure the place is appealing from the outside because it's only 2 years old but in this case you do not get what you pay for.
