It is what it is

I moved in here about two years ago. A lot of managers have come and gone since then but they are very helpful and friendly. This place has zero curb appeal and everything is really old. Then two months ago the manager raised my rent. I wanted to move out but all the other apartments were way more expensive and didn't have things like central air. The rent is cheap, which is helpful as I am a student and single parent. So I guess the old saying is true: You get what you pay for. Its also nice because their are a lot of kids around here so my daughter has kids to play with and the bus drops them off at the property. Thats a huge plus!
