I would never recommend Chateaux Verde to anyone.

I lived at Chateaux Verde for over one year, and I think that people should know what they are getting into before moving in here. This place is not well kept. The laundry rooms in the buildings that are not attached to the office are never cleaned. Problems within you're apartment take a million years to fix, not to mention the amount of times you must call the office to get anything done. If I had known what I was going to get for the amount of rent they want I would have never moved in here. This is not a place that I enjoy living and now wish I could go back in time and spend my money on a place that would have been kept up.
