Your apartments are average. Swtiches every 3 to 6 mos very difficult to get to know the team before it changes. Have a lot of convenient places to shop, eat, lounge. Very sorry or over worked. There are no amenities other than pools. Neighbors very upset....
The maintenance team does and awesome job. The office team is very helpful....

I've had a horrible time getting maintenance requests filled. It usually takes about 3-5 actual requests and a month to get anything done...
Nice place, if I need maintenance they do a good job. I have a one bedroom with a loft area that feels like a townhome and even though it's older it's been fixed up really nice. I like that the property is always clean and the owners seem to care about how everything looks....
